Refund policy

SHIPPING: We offer discounted shipping and only ship in the United States. Items are typically shipped within 48-72 hours of order placement. MadePretty Collective is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

 

RETURN POLICY: Items may be returned to us within 14 days from receiving your order for store credit only. Store credit never expires. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for the return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

FINAL SALE: All sales are final on sale/clearance items, seasonal/holiday items, accessories (purses, jewelry, hats, etc.), graphic tees, as well as any items sold at a discount of 20% or more. 

 

DAMAGES AND DEFECTS: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at madeprettyclt@gmail.com and include written details about the defect/damage and attach pictures. 

 

EXCHANGES: At this time, we do not offer exchanges on any items.

Because we carefully measure each product and provide detailed sizing information to help you find the best possible fit, we encourage customers to review all measurements before placing an order.
