All my life, I’ve had to shop the “bigger” sections in stores. Even today, I often find myself window-shopping more than actually shopping. I love walking into beautiful boutiques—taking in the colors, the fragrances, the accessories—but I know before I even step inside that nothing there will fit me. Window shopping.

I dreamed of a space that held those same magical feelings of shopping in a gorgeous store, but with clothing made for my body. A place with pieces I’d be genuinely excited to wear. A place where style and size could coexist effortlessly.

That dream became MadePretty Collective.

MadePretty Collective is a boutique featuring carefully curated apparel starting at size XL—because I’m not selling anything I wouldn’t wear myself. No more drab colors. We shouldn’t have to settle for “what’s available in our size.” Getting dressed should be fun and empowering.

To my new besties: I promise to always champion for us—pushing designers to extend sizing beyond 3XL and advocating for entire collections to be made in extended sizes, not just a select few styles. Because we deserve options. We deserve pretty. And we deserve to feel confident and beautiful in what we wear.
